DEVELOP is a student internship program that creates pilot application demonstration projects using remote sensing and earth science
information. This summer's program will map, monitor and forecast Tamarisk, or Saltcedar in the state of Nevada.
Team Training
January 12-14, 2004 - The NASA/USGS invasive species project team members attended 3-day IDL/ENVI training class at NASA Goddard. IDL/ENVI programs are being used in the backend of the ISFS and MODIS time-series development.
ESIP-SEEDS Meeting

November 13-14, 2003 - The NASA/USGS invasive species project will hold a local retreat at the Patuxent Wildlife Refuge Visitor's Center in Laurel, Maryland, to welcome new members to the team and lay out plans for the coming year.
